Newbie: What/Where is Bay 13? 850

Sorry to ask a dumb question but I keep seeing Bay 13 mentioned and it seems to be an area for instructions. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am getting ready to replace a Timing Belt and serveral gaskets and would like to get as much info as possible without posting a buch of questions here. Although that doesn't mean I won't be posting a lot of questions once I get into it :)
