v70's which have turbos? V70-XC70

I have a 98 V70 AWD that I would like to increase boost a bit on. Apparently I have a LPT according to this post, and don't drive the car hard but like the torque a turbo provides. Would a electronic boost controller be the best way to get a little more boost, also has anyone tried a larger intercooler? When I need a new turbo would the 19T version be the best choice, and has anyone added a oil cooler or tranny cooler to your brick?
