S70 codes S70 2000

OBD2 Codereader?????????

P0422 is the code on my 2000 volvo GLT, love the car, hate the dealer won't tell me what part is bad. I know this code pertains to CAT. Converter although the dealer even said do not change the CAT.

My qustion is can anyone break the code & let me beat the dealer out of 1 more $93 code check, oh yes I've had 3 & still do not whats going on...
