Upper motor mount, top of engine 2001 V70 looks to be shot V70-XC70 2001

Folks, I was looking under my hood to find the source of a sqeak and noticed that what looks like a motor mount on top of the engine. This mount looks like the rubber is split and not really doing much. Is this a common problem? I assume this is a motor mount? It looks easy to replace as it has two side brackets with bolts and arms that look easy to remove/drop down. I have had this car for a couple of months now and it has some 37K miles on it. Any good online source to pick one of these up? Should I go stock or is there a "better" aftermarket type? Regards
