mystery part and dongle 850 1995

I was looking unbder the pass seat of my 95 850 (my seat heater is not working) and I fount this 10" 4 wire cord part # 3545970. I am not sure what it is for? There is also 7 pin connector hanging under there that I presume is for the non existand cd changer - right?
