98 V70 grinding/rattling sound when accelerating V70-XC70 1998

I just bought this car a month ago, and it's my first Volvo. I had the dealer fix a few things before I went home with the car. It was having hard starts, so they had to replace a fuel injector. Now I am getting a weird sound from somewhere in/near the front of the car. If I am accelerating, each time the car upshifts it makes a rattly/grindy sound for about 1 second. It doesn't make the sound if I'm in Park or Neutral, only when driving, but if I really step on the gas it doesn't make the noise. It doesn't happen when I slow down either. Anyone else have this problem now or in the past?
