93 850 GLT Rear Door Speaker Size? 850

Alright, I've been going through all the post on the forum, and am throughly confused. What are the speaker sizes for a 850 GLT Sedan with 8 speakers? The Rear deck speakers are 6x9, or I know I can get 6x9's to fit b/c I did it with my 94 850 with 6 speakers. What is the size of the rear door speakers? I've read anything from 4", 5.25" and 6.5". I'd love to put 6.5" in there if they fit. Are 5.25's with a shallow depth the right size for the front doors? Anybody with any info about the speakers and their sizes for the 850 sedan would be great, thank you much.
