Brake Noise Help S60 2004

Ok, this is driving me nuts. It's a 2004 S60 2.5t with 6800 miles on it. After driving for at least ten minutes, and then parking the car anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes causes the front brakes make a rather loud dragging/binding up sound as the car starts moving. This does not happen if the drive is extremely short, or the car sits over 1/2 hour. It happens whether it's dry or wet outside, and the ambient temp has to be over 50. (I have not hear it happen when it gets cold out.) I don't even know how to explain this to the dealer, since they seem to have a policy if they don't see it right there and then it doesn't happen at all. Any ideas would be helpful.
Thank

Greg
