Miscellaneous charges 850

Got me wondering, so I looked back on my old bills. No misc charges from the Volvo dealer I use or the indy I use more. With 2 850s enought bills to see niether shop uses "miscellaneous shop charges". I do have charges for some of the little things, brake fluid, oil, various 'kits', etc. Might by a New York State thing as all shops are required to acccept used oils and such as part of the states recycling effort.

IMHO if they can't spell it out then they are just padding the bill. Especially if they charge the 'book' number of hours for a job and not actual - that upsets me, the book says a job takes 2 hours, being experienced they get it done in 1.5 hours, guess which number the dealer uses to bill?
