Miscellaneous charges 850

Some dealers and shops add those fees where others won't. Those that don't will then charge you for every chemical and fluid used as they have to charge the stuff out to someone. At any rate, the customer should always be told about this fee BEFORE agreeing to it OR they can refuse to pay those charges. It's usually based on a percentage of the total bill with a max limit.
