Check engine light, 'multiple misfires' rough idle, cleared light, still rough idle. Vaccuum leak? 850 1996

Greetings, car suddenly (over a few days) began idling rough, sometimes nearly stalling. Then, check engine lite came on. I had code read, "multiple misfires". New plugs, and rotor button & wires have abt 25k on them. Mechanic ran a fuel system flush (actually helped performance a little) and cleared code. Check engine light has stayed off, but still idles rougher than normal.
Where might I look for possible vaccuum line leaks? Or am I way off? Any suggestions?
