I agree with the previous post, don't let the mileage scare you. 175K is just getting broke in well for a well maintained Volvo. Ask for the maintenance records and see what has and has not been done. If the dealer has maintained the car and everything looks good the car is a steal at $3K. The maintenance records would be the deciding factor if I were interested. If the car has been properly maintained, the owner will not be reluctant to show you the service records.
