Lights Behind Climate control S80

I have the same problem, maybe there is a defective circuit board. I went through the routine of pulling out the entire panel which was a job in itself. The entire climate control is a box so I opened it and found a circuit board which I guess mounts the lights. I couldn't find how to remove or replace so I put it back. In the meantime the SRS airbag lights came on which I understand is the drill. Without some special code reset tool, you can't reset yourself. So I never got the bulbs changed, now have to take car to dealer for reset, and don't know if they can be repaired without an expensive entire unit. I need help also!
