Where to get Nokian tires in MA? 850

Hi, I'm in MA, USA, looking to buy a set of Nokian Hakka RSi tires for my 855.

Do you know of any good place (in terms of money and service) to get these?

"Direct tires" carry them, but very expensive.

I got a quote over the phone for US $1000 :
- 4 Hakka Rsi tires ($128 each)
- 4 steel wheels ($99 each - what??? maybe they meant $99 for 4 wheels, but numbers don't add up)
- mounting and balancing, road hazard waranty, and life time (tire) wheel swapping at the beginning and season change.

My work is in Needham, but live near Waltham. My father had bad experience at Tom Lyons in Waltham, so that place is out.
