Just sharing our experience. S40-V40 2003

I hear ya. I was just putting info our there that I know (not necessarily in direct response). I own older Volvo's also and agree they don't make them like they used to. That said, I would not drop $30K on a new car, I go used... and for $16K, I think V40 was a good option (2000 V40 40K that we got last year). Our experience so far has been A+.
