Bilstein TCs

I had Bilstein TC's installed on my 850 and was very pleased with the improvement in the ride over the original OEM struts, shocks. Changed them at 110,000 miles. You say they seem harsh on rough roads.......How did the car ride with the old shocks? Have you replaced the front struts? Could those front struts be the source of you ride concerns on rough roads? My experience with the TC version has been very good. My indie Volvo mechanic also recommends them for 850's instead of the Bilstein HD's. If you have not already replaced the front struts I would highly recommend doing so.
(I don't believe that you will notice any changes as the shocks get broken in.)
