Transmission problem 850 1995

And you checked the fluid level right?

The 2-3-2 code refers to the vehicle speed sensor located at the top of the tranny on the driver's side measuring readings off the differential. It could be dirt and grime blocking a good signal for the sensor or as mentioned before a burned or shorted wire, or maybe an actual bad speed sensor. But when the signal is not recieved the transmission should still operate in "Limp" mode and move the vehicle (although in third gear with no converter lockup...). Has the car been wrecked before or the transmission removed? If you put the front end up on jackstands and run the motor can the transmission spin the tires?
