weird electrical after changing wires 850

I replaced my ignition wires about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've been having problems ever since. Pretty much right away the abs/tracs lights have been coming on giving codes 444 and 141 (no power to motor and pedal sensor signal)
Now yesterday and today my speedo would quit or go all over the place and eventually come back. The gas light came, arrow up would flash, Lamba light and service light would comeon. Some turned off and speedo and rpm gauge would work again. Can this all result of aftermarket ignition wires? Ever since I put them in things have been going wacky. I checked and rechecked all ABS connections and connections around the distributer.
I going to try to put the orignals wires but I cant see this causing so many things to go wrong? Any thoughts?
