850R Lights... One dead, want to get HIDs or similar. 850

Hey all.

My light just went out on the passenger side, but instead of just replacing with the boring regular lights I was thinking of replacing both with HIDs or similar bulbs. Does anyone have any reccomendations on where and what to get? Also, what is a good price to pay?

On another note, where can I get light covers for the front and rear that are smoked out? Is that illegal?

And, one last question: What should I used to take VOLVO and 850R decals off? Goofoof and a plastic blade?
