It's NOT more Volvo than I think... S40-V40 2003

Norm, since you work on these all the time maybe you can help me out. I have a 2000 V40 with about 50K. I'm taking it in next week for the third time to repair an oil leak on the turbo lines (sorry, I'm not sure what the are called)

I don't want to take it to Volvo to get fixed because of the cost so I use a private mechanic who specializes in Volvos. He has tried a couple different things, none have worked. He actually told he that the line can be taken apart by hand!


Is this something you have come across in the V40's?
