humming sound

Hello,
i've got an annoying sound in the cabin and i traced it somewhere in the blower motor area( i took off the knee bolster, glove compt and replaced the blower motor assy) even if the blower is off and keys are switch to II, engine not running. makes sound as soon as you turn on the keys to accessories? it wasn't the TPS.
