850 Rear Speakers (Part 2)

So thanks all for the suggestions with the rear speakers. To summarize, all the speakers in the rear cut out a few weeks ago. Its entirely possible that I just didn't notice and it had taken a while for this to happen. This weekend I tried to mess around with the connections etc. I removed the unit from the dash and I wiped off the connections. I jiggled around the wires going into the speakers in the rear. There is still no sound coming from any of the rear speakers - this includes the small speakers in the rear doors. Any other suggestions? Is my head unit fader kaput?
