Noise in the Engine (right side) - any ideas? 850

My '95 Volvo 850 with 137K miles recently developed an odd noise. It happens when the engine is started, lasts from .5 to 2 minutes and gradually goes away completely. The noise always happens when the engine is started, even after a short stop. It sounds like creaking/rubbing and pulsates with the engine RPM, like something is rubbing.
It is in the accessory belt area, I suspect it is one of the units there (alternator, steering pump, AC compressor or tensioner pulley). Everyting in that area is still original at 137K miles.

I wonder if anyone heard this. Volvos are failing in the same way, so this can not be unique. The accessory belt was last changed some 20K ago, so it should be still good. Timing belt is up for its second replacement soon, but I hope the noise is not from there.

Thank you.
