Battery cable loose 850 1995

He jiggled the battery cable and the horn went off? Two problems! Tighten the battery cables, they shouldn't jiggle. Make sure the battery ground cable has a clean ground and is tight. There is a short somewhere or the horn wouldn't go off - short went through the car to the horn in reverse.
If it happens only when turning, check all wires under the dash around and above the steering wheel. Look for rubbed/stretched wire, could also be loose. If it only happens when turning in one direction, the engine compartment is suspect. Follow both battery wires looking for contact or stress.
