ETS light on, trouble code P1026. Not starting. V70-XC70 1999

1999 V70 non turbo. 112k, Saturday morning, ETS light came on while driving, no loss in engine performance noticed. Read manual which said ETS light might reset after turning off ignition, which it did. Ran car Saturday/Sunday as usual no problems, Monday morning did not start. Ets light back on. OBD-ll code P1026 obtained with message EMISSION CONTROLS,MANUF CONTROL, FUEL & AIR METERING, AUXILIARY EMISSION CONTROLS. Aybody had a similar problem or can tell me how to decipher this particular code?
