Black box under glove compartment 850 1996

posted by  someone claiming to be Yellow 850 on  Sun Dec 5 17:49 CST 2004 [RELATED]

I was looking for my missing dashboard speaker's magnet under the glove compartment, thinking that it might fell down deep. When I opened the under glove compartment cover, found a black box hanging loosely to its green wire connector. It's part number is 9128926...
Anybody know what is that box for and where should it be bolted to..?
