Brake job completed but scraping sound still there?? 850 1996

I just completed the rear brakes on my 1996 850 GLT with 230k. I did everything. Pads, Rotors, Calipers and a complete bleed. The brakes work just fine but my rear passenger side is still making a scraping noise that is most noticable when I brake at lower speeds. I guess I just can't hear it when I'm braking on the highway. I've done brakes on my 240's for years and I successfully did the front calipers/rotors/pads on my 850 last year. I never had a problem like this. But I did notice this prior to my changing the calipers, just not as loud as it is now. I was hoping a new set of rotors and calipers would have fixed this noise. Can the alignment of the rear caliper be out of specifications? If it is, then I would guess a trip to the Volvo dealer is in order. What do you guys think?

Thanks - Marty
