High pitch engine squeal 850 1993

Anyone know what that awful high pitched squeal could be coming from my 178K mile engine? It is definitely coming from the right side and I am nearly due for a timing belt change. Is it the belt tensioner for the serpentine? It use to disappear after about 15 minutes of running but now stays there for good.
