Seized Engine on 2001 V70 T5 V70-XC70 2001

Just a follow up. The car was in for its 57,000 or there abouts maintenance. In addition the brake warning light was coming on and again the car needed brakes. Third time in less than 60K. Additional some software etc. about an $900 tab. I was told the dealership does a pre servicing test drive to determine if they can recreate the squawk list problems. I am told the oil warning light came on. They retirned to the dealership, did the brakes, loaded the software, changed the oil and on the post service test drive the engine seized.

The service manager told me they are getting Volvo NA involved to pressure the extended warranty vendor to honor the claim. Everybody says this should not have happened. It did and I do not want to be the one to be hung out to dry.
