Lowering Springs and Powerchip on V70 T5 V70-XC70 2001

Has anyone had any experience with Evolve's progressive rate lowering springs and/or Powerchip that they are reselling. I am considering both "enhancements" on my '01 V70 T5 and wanted feedback on drivability with the chip and the harshness of the suspension compared to stock. I have had full IPD suspension upgrades in the past on 700,200,100 series models, so I am aware of the downsides of modified suspensions.
