Where to buy a Volvo OEM dashboard clock/circuit board? V70-XC70 1999

Hello,

I need to replace the dashboard clock on a '99 XC which is attached to a circuit board. My local Volvo dealer wants: $400 plus.

I located a Volvo dealer who will sell the part for $345. Does anyone know of a better source that could provide this apparently OEM part for less?

I'm still choking on the fact of paying nearly $350 alone for just the part to restore the clock function. Thanks.
