Radiator hoses 850 1993

My 93 850 has a slight leak around the water pipe on the rear of the engine. It is dripping coolant at the lower radiator hose connection. With 88,000 and being 12 years old, I am wondering if it would be good to order the new pipe as well as the hose? I am not sure how much corrosion is on the fitting. It may be too rough to re-seal on a new hose. Has anyone changed out the lower hose? How rough was the pipe, did a new hose seal OK.

If I change out the pipe, then I would I be looking at changing the water pump as well? Seems like this one would sweep all around the engine. New hose, new pipe, new water pump, new timing belt, new tensioner, new idler. New upper hose.

Also figuring on a new set of heater core hoses at the same time, seems like a good way to go. Question is How far??
