Considering and 850R 850

I hope you know that you can negotiate with your insurance company for a higher payout on the wrecked 850. You do not have to take their offer. At the very least you can come up with newspaper ads or autotrader ads that show 850's with comparable miles selling for more. Their offer is their FIRST offer. If you don't like it, talk with a personal injury lawyer. If you were in the car when it was totaled you should see a competent personal injury attorney. Do NOT assume the insurance company is doing right by you. They will NOT. Their interests are in no way, shape or form the same as your interests. There is a clear conflict of interest. Make a counter offer. Show them it's worth more. You don't have to settle immediately. It's to their benefit that you settle early.
