Lamp Failure Warning Light 850 1996

For the last two days I have been getting the Lamp Failure Warning Light when I apply the brakes. Had one of the kids push on the brakes while I stood behind the car, and all three brake lights appear to be operating correctly. Question is, why am I getting the Lamp Warning Failure Light if none of the bulbs are burned out???

The OBDII does not show any codes. Any ideas would be appreciated.
