Hesitation immediately after fill-up 850 1994

Turbo. After a gas-up, the first time I start the car (i.e., at the pump), there is a momentary hesitation of the entire system. After that everything runs fine (until the next trip to the gas station). So apparently something is having trouble adjusting to the sudden change in fuel tank level.

A (possibly related) warning: the other morning, car half warm in just-above-freezing weather, waiting at a light, another momentary stumble of entire system: engines hesitated, warning lights flickered (low fuel light came on full), heater blower motor slowed -- the works. But after half a second everything recovered.

Something is waiting to happen, I suspect.

Fuel pump relay? (fuel pump assembly has recently been replaced; no error codes returned).

Thanks
