Could you do it in less than 4 hours?
It isn't just a matter of swapping the radiator and replacing the antifreeze. The oil cooler and tranny cooler are also there. Along with the knuckle cutter AC evaporater. Does your mechanic charge $110/hour like my dealer? Did you call the service dept at Volvo and ask how long the book says for this job? (If it is 4 hours, it is time to look for another mechanic, Volvo usually pads this time gererously).
