knock sensor code that probably isn't 850

My '95 850T5 had a leaky turbo oil line after an engine rebuild a couple of weeks back, and before going into the shop was reporting front and rear knock sensor codes. After having the leak sorted the front code has gone, and now there's only the rear one. However, this is still obviously cutting most of the boost. If I clear the code it comes back within a mile or so. (Although until it does I have full boost.)

Could it actually be my battery (I have some suspicions it's on the way out), or oil grade or something else? (I don't know what grade the shop put in it after its service.)

Sorry to be so clueless! Any suggestions very welcome.
