snow chains S60 2004

Our 99 s-70 awd began to fail with on 60K+ miles on it. Not so much out of brand loyalty, but because the dealer would take our ill s-70 in trade, we bought an s-60. We were touted onto the very pricey Volvo Snow Chains (Made no doubt by a Swedish jewler from a golden prototype) The chains are very pretty in yellow and blue, but I cannot figure out how to mount them. Has anyone successfully used the chains for the 2004? These seem to be different from earlier versions which had some sort of mounting stud.
