The dash in my 1997 850-R 850 1997

The dash is secured to the firewall via 4 bolts thru plastic ( yes plastic) standoffs. Over the years these plastic standoff can get brittle and break- leaving nothing for the bolts to secure to.

Happened to my 1995 850. My mechanic had to rebuild the standoffs- now shes as tight as a virgin.
