Real easy. haven't looked at the dsh on a 2000, but on my '99, the plates covering the empty switch locations pop out from the back, and the antenna switch from damn' near any volvo ( I think mine's from a '92 or so--doesn't matcch, but esy to find with the fingers only)will fit if you don't want to pay dealer price right now.
Just double check your wirng diagrams to make sure you're playing with the right wires. Takes about ten minutes to check the diagram twice, five to get at the switch location and do the wiring.
