XM Commander install in S70

May or may not be relevant, but I recently installed a Delphi Roady2 XM receiver in my 850. Originally I was planning on finding a way to attach the unit to an old cell phone mount on the passenger side of the center console, but I couldn't find a good way to mount it there, so I ended up installing it on the left side of the console, in the lower vent, just next to the headlight switch.

For the moment, the power cord is routed from the lighter outlet, behing the dash panelling, and into the HVAC ducting, so that the cord actually connects to the side of the receiver right out of the vent. Antenna cord is routed in much the same way, from the roof, under the trim and in through the driver's side door, under the carpet and up into the console area.

Since I'd like to have my lighter outlet available without cutting power to the XM receiver, I'm planning on installing a second power outlet somewhere behind the driver's side console for the power adapter. I'll probably tap the existing lighter outlet as a switched power source.

Hope that helps a bit! I can email you photos if you'd like.
