heater and windshield noise? 850

Even in North Dakota, your windshield shouldn't move. Check the plastic shelf above the firewall to make sure it is not loose. The shelf should push up against the windshield. This windshield may have been improperly installed?

As for the cold air by your feet, does the fan start blowing hard when the engine starts to warm up? Try turning both dials to the max heat, the fan should also go to max speed. If not, the switch may be at fault. Check your OBD codes and then reset them all to 111. The damper may not be opening/closing properly - go to manual and set the flow to the dash and then back to auto. See what happens.

We only got to -10F in the Cities, nest week we will test the car at -20F.
