Anti-freeze 850

I recently topped off my anti-freeze with Prestone after noticing the radiator warning light came on. The radiator was supposedly flushed and filled at 120,000 miles by the dealer. I now notice that the fluid in the reservoir is brown. Could the color be from mixing "regular" coolant with Volvo coolant or did the dealer probably just rip me off?
