Rear Seat Belt Replacement V70-XC70 1998

OK on removing the upholstery from the seat. I'm studying the instructions right now. Probably won't get to it until this weekend, God willing.

What is the name of those special pliers used to remove the upholstery clamps? I saw a post about them but I forget the tool's name and I definitely know not to get it from Volvo.

I'm guessing since the uphostery is leather, I'll be unzipping it from the bottom of the seatback. Volvo wants to charge me three hours labor at $89/hour to do it. I don't think so. My indie shop won't even touch it.

The dipstick broken plastic part is the part that you pull out. Before I pull the stick and the tube from the oil pan to install the new tube, I just want to make sure oil won't start pouring out of the dipstick hole.

Thank you
