ABS light and lifter noise V70-XC70

help -- love my v70 glt -LPT (137k miles) -- but I have the eratic on and off ABS light? driveing along it will come on and go off ?, some times stay on for days and then off for days - but it will go on and off while driving ( no igniton on/ off durring this ) any i ideas ??

next I think the lifter/ cam noise is louder than it used to be - I have heard of replacing the o ring on the pickup tube in the oil pan ? - what is involved the r&r of the oil pan ? -
