ABS light and lifter noise V70-XC70

victor will email me?? - i am in orange county CA -
On the oil - I have been using valvoline durablend 10-40//10-30 ( change every 3k w/filter - mann ) with no leaks or burning so far but I have the lifter noise?
what syn are you useing? or recomend for high - well mid life v70 (137k miles )
I have replaced the rotors & calper brackets in front with 302mm and the front and rear driled and sloted- will this affect the abs??
