Strange 850 Radio code problem 850 1996

Hello, I had a similar problem on a 2000 s70. the radio had been changed so, I had to full the radio out wich was easy to do and give the dealer the serial # off of the back of the radio. Then I did the 2 hour reset and put in the code. It then worked. There is 2 little things on the left and right of the front of the radio. You push those in and a bracket comes out. You pull the bracket on both sides and the radio will slide out.
