Throttle position sensor 850

Hi Guys,

Check Engine Light came on today with the "flashing arrow" in the dash
The tranny working fine otherwise !?!? (never got into limp home mode)
and I checked for codes

223 in A1 --> Throttle position (TPS) sensor signal too low
243 in A2 --> Throttle position (TPS) signal exceeded voltage limits

I cleared the codes but the idling RPM is around 1500 in instead of 900

Any technical info on that throttle position sensor? where is located exactly ?
