Sorry, there is no "affordable" generic tool that will read and erase codes in all of the systems. I don't know if even some of the pricier ones will reset the SRS system. Call local Volvo shops and see who can reset it for you; they have to have either AutoDiagnos (OEM for the VST), the Volvo Scan Tool, or VADIS, which will read 94+, but is required for 99+.
