Bad #2 Cylinder 850 1995

I started my 95 850 (174k) one morning and it ran kind of rough and then it settled down. As I was driving, the check engine light came on and started blinking. I took it to a shop and the guy said I had a bad #2 cylinder. He said he did a compression test (wet and dry) and had no compression. I haven't driven it much since then but the car still runs pretty good to be minus a cylinder, it's just sluggish sometimes and the check engine light starts blinking. Should I get another opinion? Would it cost a lot to fix if it is the cylinder?
